COVID 19 PROTOCOL FOR COMBRAILLEURS GUEST HOUSE AND HOLIDAY COTTAGE
- OPENING
We are open for business to people who have the right to travel to us. Our regular prices apply and we are making no charges for Covid-related cancellations. A 20% non refundable deposit will be required for bookings over 500 euros.
- CLEANING
Rooms will be disinfected when each guest leaves the accommodation . Rooms/the cottage will be left vacant for 48 between each occupancy.
Hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes will be provided in each room and the cottage, and in communal areas.
Communal areas and the guest house entrance will be cleaned and disinfected at six hour intervals.
Masks will be worn by staff at all times.
- MEALS AND OCCUPANCY
Breakfast will be delivered to guest rooms in the guest house, and collected from outside the room by arrangement.
Table d’hote can be delivered to rooms by prior arrangement, or served in the salon for single-party bookings.
The salon and dining room will only be made available to guests in the same booking, of family or friends. If we have more than one booking staying in the chambre d’hotes, the salon will not be open. Guests will be able to use the terrace and garden, whilst remaining socially distant.
The whole of the chambre d’hote can be hired for up to 12 people self catering by prior arrangement, for groups wishing to self-isolate.
